Wire cutting machine

Wire cutting machine is mainly used to process various punch tie, plastic mold, Powder metallurgy mold and etc, which have 2D and 3D faces combined, or components. It can also cut various sample plate, magnetic steel, Silicon Steel Sheet, semi-conductive material or precious metal. Furthermore, it is able to do tiny machining, abnormal shape groove or machining of standard defect of sample parts, widely used in electrics, precious machine tools, light industry, army industry and so on. Factum tool is well equipped with 3 wire cutting machine.

Mitutoyo 3D CMM MACHINE

machine (CMM) is a device that measures the geometry of physical objects by sensing discrete points on the surface of the object with a probe. Various types of probes are used in CMMs, including mechanical, optical, laser, and white light. Depending on the machine, the probe position may be manually controlled by an operator or it may be computer controlled. CMMs typically specify a probe's position in terms of its displacement from a reference position in a three-dimensional Cartesian coordinate system (i.e., with XYZ axes). In addition to moving the probe along the X, Y, and Z axes, many machines also allow the probe angle to be controlled to allow measurement of surfaces that would otherwise be unreachable .We have 2 CMM with us at Factum Tools.

HAAS-VF-2YT VMC

Vertical machining centers (VMCs) remain machine shop staples. These milling machines have vertically oriented spindles that approach workpieces mounted on their table from above and commonly perform 2.5- or 3-axis machining operations. T which makes them attractive to small job shops. In addition, the performance of these machines has increased over the years, leveraging technologies such as high-speed spindles and advanced CNC capabilities (including conversational control programming). Ancillary equipment is also available to increase the flexibility and capability of these machines, including spindle speeders, angle heads, tool- and part-probes, quick-change workholding devices, and rotary indexers to enable four- or five-axis machining work. We have 4 VMC with us at present.

EDM DRILL MACHINE

Electrical discharge machining (EDM), also known as spark machining, spark eroding, burning, die sinking, wire burning or wire erosion, is a manufacturing process whereby a desired shape is obtained by using electrical discharges (sparks) Material is removed from the work piece by a series of rapidly recurring current discharges between two electrodes, separated by a dielectric liquid and subject to an electric voltage. One of the electrodes is called the tool-electrode, or simply the "tool" or "electrode," while the other is called the workpiece-electrode, or "work piece." The process depends upon the tool and work piece not making actual contact. We are well equipped with 3 EDM with us.
